Delete your ArkaScan account

Submit a deletion request

1. In the app, open Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This option remains available immediately; subscription cancellation is not a prerequisite.
2. If the app is unavailable, sign in on the web and open Settings.
3. Or email us from the address associated with the account so we can verify ownership before processing the request.

What happens to your data

Once accepted, the account is disabled and ArkaScan targets deletion or de-identification of associated user content and scan data within 30 days in normal cases. This includes inventory records, stored item images, scan-derived metadata, and account-linked support records that are no longer needed.

Limited information may be retained longer when required for tax, accounting, payment disputes, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, or enforcement of our agreements. Deleted information may also remain for a limited period in encrypted backups before normal backup rotation removes it.

Cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting an ArkaScan account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel with the store where you subscribed to prevent future renewal; you may still delete your account immediately.

Web subscriptions are processed through Stripe. The in-product deletion flow attempts to cancel an active Stripe subscription and reports if you need to take another step.
