What is ArkaScan?
ArkaScan is a fast, mobile-friendly AI scanning platform for resellers. It identifies products, generates tags, finds comps, gives pricing cues, and saves everything directly into a clean inventory system.

How Tag + Scan works

Batch scanning
Batch up to 5 products (5 imageseach) and process everything in under 4 minutes. The system processes each product independently and auto-saves them into product cards directly to the inventory.

- Use bright, even lighting
- Center the item
- Avoid clutter behind the product
- Add multiple angles
- Include brand logos, size tags, and material tags
- For shoes: side, outsole, tongue/size tag
- For clothing: front, back, inner tag
- Use Remove Background before scanning to help the proprietary pipeline isolate the item

Scans are slow
- Refresh the page (restart any unwanted processed products must be deleted from inventory)
- Reduce batch size
- Shoot in stronger lighting
- Check your connection
Incorrect product detected
- Include brand tags/logos
- Add quick notes in the notes box
- Upload 1–2 more angles (for Pro and Premium)
- Manually adjust tags in the product card
Background removal looks off
- Try a cleaner angle
- Use higher contrast lighting
- Re-run with another credit
Storage full (Free tier)
- Delete older items
- Upgrade to Pro or Premium
Analytics missing
Analytics is available for Pro & Premium only. Free plans do not include analytics.
FAQ
Do unused scans roll over?
No. Scans reset monthly.
Does deleting products free storage?
Yes. Free tier limits are restored.
What happens when I cancel my subscription?
Your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period. After that, your account moves to the Free plan and you keep access to your existing products. Any add-on credits remain available until they expire.
What happens when I delete my account?
Account access ends immediately. We retain your data for up to 30 days for compliance and support, then purge it.
Are marketplace listings free?
Yes. ArkaScan never charges for posting.
Does ArkaScan support teams?
Teams can share logins today; native team roles are coming.
Do background removal credits stack?
No. Use up your pack before buying another one. Credits last for a year.
Can I re-run background removal?
Yes — each new look requires 1 credit. Each product may have one hero image.
